Project Tallmadge is a proposed data center campus in the Strasburg Industrial Park near Interstate 81 Exit 296 in Shenandoah County, Virginia. Takanock is the developer, and the final end customer has not been named. The revised site plan shows two buildings labeled 60 MW each of computing load, and the site plan remained under town review in October 2026. Shenandoah Valley Electric Cooperative would serve the campus through a dedicated substation, and Takanock also proposes a separate gas turbine plant.
