QTS Phoenix 3 is a planned multi-building data center campus under construction in Glendale, Arizona, north of Camelback Road along Cotton Lane near the Loop 303. The master plan reported in May 2024 has 16 buildings of about 180,000 square feet each. QTS and press coverage describe 750 MW of planned critical capacity, and one outlet reports more than 750 MW. A 29-acre substation is reportedly planned, but no serving utility or interconnection record was found. Construction begins with the southern buildings and builds out over several years.
