The QTS Salem campus is a proposed data center campus in Salem Township, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, planned by QTS Data Centers. The township has approved zoning, the final master plan and a consolidation of 180 lots on about 1,700 acres. QTS plans 12 buildings in phases at a cost of $10 billion. Reported power demand is more than 2,000 MW, and the utility supply arrangement is not public.
