The RadiusDC Phoenix I campus is a colocation data center at 3402 E University Drive in Phoenix, Arizona, originally the phoenixNAP Phoenix facility. RadiusDC announced in March 2026 that it would acquire the facility, and the county assessor now lists Radius DC Phoenix I LLC as owner. The operator lists 10.5 MW of building utility capacity, supplied by Salt River Project, and up to 3 MW of critical load across the two in-service data halls. RadiusDC plans to raise the existing facility to 8 MW of IT power and to build a second facility of up to 18 MW starting in the first half of 2028, which would bring the campus to about 26 MW of critical IT power over time.
