Rattlesnake Wind Energy Center is a 207.2 MW onshore wind facility in Glasscock County, Texas. EIA's May 2026 inventory lists one operating generator under Plant ID 59943, with SunEdison LLC as the registered operator and July 2015 as the service month. Invenergy's project announcements describe a 207 MW facility using 118 GE 1.7 MW turbines, project financing led by a Morgan Stanley affiliate, Blattner as general contractor and System 3 as the substation and transmission-line contractor. Invenergy announced commercial operation on September 17, 2015; that project milestone is kept separate from the EIA service month.
