Physical build: Hybrid RE Garland build in Kern County: approximately 723,000 Canadian Solar CS6X-P polycrystalline PV modules on single-axis trackers; a 34.5 kV collection system; 220 kV substation; transmission line; SCADA controls; and an 88 MW / 352 MWh lithium-ion battery-storage addition. Signal Energy provided turnkey EPC services for the solar facility, while Rosendin Electric constructed the battery-storage sites and Mitsubishi Power supplied the BESS equipment using Powin batteries. A CSI Electrical Contractors project page separately reports 870,000 modules, so the public module-count disclosures are inconsistent.
