Riot Platforms owns and operates the Corsicana Campus, an 890-acre crypto-mining and AI/HPC complex in Corsicana, Texas with 1 GW ERCOT-approved total capacity and 25 MW fixed PPA with MEMSIS at $43.95/MWh. Phase I (400 MW, four buildings, operational April 2024) is complete; a 168 MW Core & Shell building and Project Ditto (335,428 sq ft, scheduled 2026–2028) are under development; remaining 600 MW capacity is under evaluation for AI/HPC use.
