Rowan Percheron Data Center Campus

The Percheron Data Center is a proposed hyperscale campus on Tower Road southwest of Boardman in Morrow County, Oregon, developed by Rowan Digital Infrastructure. Morrow County approved the land-use application subject to conditions. The preliminary site plan shows four buildings, and the county analysis models a load of 300 MW including 248 MW of critical load. Pacific Power is expected to serve it over a new 230-kV line, and no end user is under contract.
