The Saragon Phoenix data center is a colocation facility at 1530 East Roeser Road in Phoenix, Arizona, formerly Cogent's Phoenix 2 data center. Cogent sold it with nine other facilities to an I Squared Capital-sponsored entity, and Saragon launched in August 2026 as the operating platform. A broker brochure lists 3.37 MW of power at the site, of which 2.79 MW is protected power offered for wholesale colocation. Salt River Project is the utility named for the site.
