The STACK Infrastructure and Silver Companies data center campus is proposed within the 250-acre Technology Overlay District in Celebrate Virginia South, City of Fredericksburg, Virginia. The February 2025 announcement describes as many as 8 to 12 data centers. City Council established the overlay district and amended proffers for the Neon parcels in March 2025. Construction had not begun as of October 15, 2026, and buildout depends on final entitlements, a water agreement and Dominion Energy delivering new transmission power. No campus MW figure has been published; city planning discussion mentions three 300 megawatt substations.
