The TECfusions Clarksville Data Center is a wholesale colocation data center at 250 Burlington Drive in Clarksville, Mecklenburg County, Virginia, housed in a former candy factory of 196,000 square feet. A July 2026 investor disclosure reports 37 MW live and fully leased, and an investor presentation shows a 220 MW Phase 2 expansion. The company has rezoned adjoining parcels for more data center buildings, a power generation facility and a substation, and has had a power study from Dominion Energy for the expansion. Marketing materials cite 80 MW leased and 300 MW of future total capacity, which are not energized figures.
