TECfusions Keystone Connect is a data center campus on a 1,395-acre former Alcoa and Arconic technology site at 100 Technical Drive in Upper Burrell Township, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. The company says Building J has been operational since June 2026 and an SEC filing reports 12 MW of Phase 1 contracted, of which 2 MW is live. The company plans up to 3 GW over time, to be supplied largely by on-site natural gas generation with an early plan for 280 MW from West Penn Power. None of the larger figures is operating load, and the township adopted a data center ordinance in October 2026 that applies to new work beyond the first two Building J phases.
