Overview
Vallourec's steel and pipe-making operations are based in Youngstown, Ohio, with electric arc furnace (EAF) steelmaking, pipe rolling, heat treatment, inspection, finishing and threading. The new mill had an initial annual production capacity of 350,000 tons of small diameter seamless tubes and represented an investment of US$1.05 billion.
