Vantage Ashburn III Data Center Campus
Under Construction
Vantage Ashburn III is the VA3 data center campus on about 134 acres west of Belmont Ridge Road in Ashburn, Loudoun County, Virginia. Part of the campus was under construction in February 2024, and Virginia DEQ approved additional on-site generator permits in January 2026. Vantage advertises seven multi-story buildings with 288 MW of critical IT load, supplied by two dedicated substations with transmission from Dominion Energy. Cooling is a closed-loop chilled water system using air-cooled chillers.
