Oakline at Mill Creek is a proposed three-building data center campus in Salem's Mill Creek Corporate Center, developed by Verrus through its subsidiary Alderstone, LLC. Portland General Electric has a contract with Verrus for up to 420 MW, energizing from 2028 and reaching full capacity in 2033. The first-phase land-use application covers two buildings and was still incomplete in late August 2026, and Salem passed a 120-day moratorium on new data centers in September 2026 that bars construction of the first phase while it lasts.
