Load Forecast (MTLF)

ERCOT 7-day mid-term load forecast (MTLF, NP3-565-CD) by the 8 weather zones plus system total, hourly. Bitemporal: every forecast vintage is kept (event_time = target hour, source_time = when it was issued, model = forecast model). Powers the day-ahead load curve overlaid on each zone's actual demand.
