Wind Generation by Region

ERCOT wind generation by geographic region — hourly actuals plus forecast vintages, from NP4-742-CD. Five regions plus the system total; long format with one row per (delivery hour, vintage, region). History back to 2017. Bitemporal: each forecast vintage is kept as its own row (event_time = delivery hour, source_time = posted time).
