Rows repeat across polls: dedupe with argMax(value, ingested_at) per key.

Interpretation

event_time marks the END of the interval or hour. IESO delivers on EST all year, but this mirror's event_time was built on Toronto wall time, so between the second Sunday of March and the first Sunday of November it is one hour early. The delivery end is event_time + toIntervalSecond(timeZoneOffset(toTimeZone(event_time, 'America/Toronto')) + 18000); rows in the spring-forward hour cannot be placed. Toronto civil time is for display only.
ontario_load is Ontario demand; market_total_load adds exports and dispatchable load and is a different quantity.

Rows are keyed by target time (event_time) with the issue time in evaluated_at_utc; take the latest vintage per target hour via an argMax over evaluated_at_utc. Forecast areas match the very-short-term feed (utility names, RTO_COMBINED for the system total). This is the table for tomorrow's peak and the week-ahead demand outlook. Source: PJM Market Data.
Actual Demand by RegionMISO · hourly	Observed hourly MISO demand in MW for the Central, North, and South sub-regions. Region labels are normalized to uppercase; this is regional operational load, not a local-resource-zone series.
Actual System LoadSPP · 5-minute	SPP's realized system-wide demand in MW at five-minute resolution, the actual-load counterpart to the short-term and mid-term load forecasts. Note that the feed republishes the same event_time on successive polls with a fresh ingested_at, so a read should collapse repeats on ingested_at before use.
