Overview

This is the timely real-time publication used for live monitoring; select one latest revision per delivery hour and reserve zone, and use the final feed for post-day settlement analysis.

Query contract

Read FINAL, then preserve one latest revision per event_time and reserve_zone_id. Use this preliminary feed for live monitoring and the final feed for post-day settlement analysis.

Analysis rules

Keep TMSR, TMNSR, and TMOR clearing prices as separate product prices; never add or average them into one reserve price.
ten_min_spin_requirement is nested inside total10_min_requirement, and total10_min_requirement is nested inside total30_min_requirement. Never add these three requirement columns together.

Interpretation

These are preliminary real-time hourly results and can be revised. Use iso_ne.reserve_price_hourly_final when the question requires final post-day values.
A reserve clearing price is a market result, not proof by itself of an emergency, outage, or capacity deficiency.
