Modeled Line Rating Runs
The execution ledger for modeled line-rating materialization. One row identifies a model run and records its forecast window, model version, mapped-line and weather coverage, output row count, failures, and duration. It provides operational provenance for reproducing and monitoring a published forecast without containing operator or restricted line ratings.
