CH Resources Beaver Falls is a 107.8 MW natural-gas-fired combined-cycle cogeneration facility located at 9644 Main Street, Beaver Falls, Lewis County, New York. The facility consists of two generators: a 65.5 MW combustion turbine (GEN1) and a 42.3 MW steam turbine (GEN2), configured as a 1×1 combined-cycle plant with heat recovery steam generation, duct burners, and steam extraction for industrial cogeneration. It operates in the NYISO Zone E wholesale electricity market, sells capacity and energy into NYISO, and has FERC cogeneration status under docket 99-43-000. The facility is non-regulated under FERC lightened-regulation authority and is classified as an independent power producer combined-heat-and-power (IPP CHP) facility.
