Markley Group is a privately held Boston company that operates carrier-neutral data centers, network connectivity and cloud services. Its flagship is One Summer Street in downtown Boston, the largest multi-tenant telecommunications and data center facility in New England by its own description.

Markley describes One Summer Street, launched in 1998, as 920,000 square feet of white and mechanical space serving financial services, healthcare, academia, government and all major telecommunications companies. It also owns and operates a 352,000 square foot data center in Lowell, Massachusetts. The company says its development portfolio across the US and Europe exceeded 3,000,000 square feet. Its homepage lists 1.4 million square feet of data center space, more than 100 network providers and 2N UPS, cooling and generator backup.

- Markley was founded in 1991 by Jeff Markley and says it is largely responsible for creating the concept of the carrier hotel. In 2012 it launched an Infrastructure-as-a-Service platform, and it describes itself as New England's largest and longest operating multi-tenant, mission-critical telecommunications and data center facility. The company is privately held.
- Power and sustainability
- Through its Green Power Partnership, Markley lets customers offset carbon emissions at the customer or rack level. Customers can buy CRS Certified Green-E Renewable Energy Credits to offset up to 100% of their energy load with renewable sources, and receive certificates they can use to document carbon neutrality for annual electricity consumption.
