Data center development and ownership
T5 Data Centers is a data center developer and owner that has worked with enterprise and hyperscale customers since 2008. Its construction and operations arms were spun out as EverOn Data Center Services and Salute, and some of its facilities were folded into STACK Infrastructure in 2019.

T5 Properties is described as the development and ownership platform behind its data center portfolio, focused on site strategy, capital discipline and long-term asset performance. The company reports 22 data centers developed, 4M SF of data center space developed, more than 200 mission-critical projects delivered and 3GW+ of total capacity managed.

According to Bisnow, IPI Partners created wholesale data center developer Stack Infrastructure in 2019, launching it with a portfolio that combined three data centers that once operated under the Infomart banner with a number of facilities from T5, a firm in which IPI was a major investor.
