TierPoint is a St. Louis-based provider of colocation, cloud, disaster recovery and managed services. It operates 40 data centers in 20 U.S. markets, mostly outside the largest hyperscale hubs, and is controlled by Argo Infrastructure Partners.

TierPoint's footprint totals 40 data centers across 20 markets, linked by a coast-to-coast fiber network that supports colocation, interconnection and managed services for more than 3,000 customers. Its own site lists facilities in states including Arkansas, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, Nebraska, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Washington and Wisconsin. Argo describes the Tek Park campus in Pennsylvania as TierPoint's largest data center and campus, and says its acquisition secured an additional 100 megawatts of capacity intended for expansion expected online in 2026.

- The company grew from a single data center acquired in Dallas in 2010, then through acquisitions including Xand in 2014, Hosted Solutions in 2015 and Cosentry in 2016. Argo Infrastructure Partners first backed the platform in 2020 and in late 2025 acquired the equity of the majority of the company's minority shareholders, expanding its control position. Argo says $3 billion of capital has been raised since its initial investment, including roughly $2.0 billion of investment-grade asset-backed securities issued since 2023.

- TierPoint says it has improved power usage effectiveness by 15% since 2020 and received a 97 score in its 2025 GRESB assessment. When evaluating supply contracts in deregulated markets, it considers the availability of renewable energy sources as a key criterion in supplier evaluation, and it has adjusted generator maintenance and testing intervals to reduce annual generator runtime.
