Adams Solar LLC PA is a 80 MW solar photovoltaic plant in Adams County. Adams Solar is an 80 MW solar array on about 700 acres in Straban Township near Gettysburg, Adams County, Pennsylvania, owned by Energix Renewables. Development began under Adams Solar LLC, formed by Community Energy, and its roughly 230,000 panels began generating in late March 2024. The city of Philadelphia buys 70 MW of the output under a 20-year power purchase agreement with the Philadelphia Energy Authority, with the power delivered across the PJM grid.
