Riggs Distler completed the turnkey civil, overhead-distribution, and electrical construction scope for the Andover BESS project, including site preparation, utility poles with fused cutouts, metering infrastructure, transformer, switchgear, BESS PCS skids and enclosures, site communications, grounding, and underground cabling. The project contractor reports that the site was operational by September 2022.
