Big Watt Digital and PowerHouse Taylor Technology Campus

The Taylor Technology Campus is a proposed data center campus of 664 acres between FM 112 and US 79 east of Taylor, Texas. Big Watt Digital and PowerHouse Data Centers plan it as hyperscale data center capacity of up to 1,000 MW, starting with 500 MW, served by a new on-site natural gas plant. Taylor's city council approved a development agreement on October 8, 2026, which allows annexation and development. First power is targeted for the first half of 2028, and the campus is not yet built.
