Bitdeer Weathersfield
Proposed · 1047 Belmont Ave., Niles, OH
Bitdeer Weathersfield, formerly called Niles, is a planned colocation and AI cloud data center at 1047 Belmont Ave., the former Niles Generating coal plant site in Trumbull County, Ohio. Bitdeer bought the land in May 2025 for $3.4 million. Bitdeer says the site will not mine cryptocurrency and plans its own substation and municipal-water cooling. Residents protested at an April 2026 council meeting.
