The BlackChamber Cedar Creek Campus, also called Project Longhorn, is a proposed two-building data center campus at 382 Earl Callahan Rd in Cedar Creek, Bastrop County, Texas. BlackChamber develops the data center and Pacifico Energy develops an on-site natural gas plant to supply it. Filings describe about 490 MW of IT load at full build-out, supported by 710 MW of site-rated redundant generation. Building One is registered with the state with a scheduled start in November 2026.
