Cipher Digital Black Pearl Data Center
Under Construction
The Black Pearl Data Center is a Cipher Digital campus at Wink in Winkler County, Texas, leased to Amazon Data Services, Inc. It is partly delivered: 18 MW of critical IT capacity was in the tenant's hands by the third quarter 2026 update, with the remaining halls in fit-out and energization. Cipher describes the campus as 300 gross MW and 216 MW of critical IT load, served from Oncor at 138 kV in the ERCOT market. The site previously ran bitcoin mining, which ceased in February 2026 for conversion.
