The Cologix Johnstown campus is a planned eight-building data center campus on about 154 acres in Johnstown, Licking County, Ohio. Cologix describes a potential 800 MW of scalable capacity at full buildout, and a state tax exemption approval reported 75 MW of electricity use at first and as much as 176 MW. Construction was reported ongoing in September 2026. AEP Ohio will supply grid power under expected service agreements, supplemented by a behind-the-meter solid oxide fuel cell system on the property that Cologix cites as a 25 MW project.
