Colovore Mesquite, also called DFW01, is a single-building data center on the East Tract of the Long Creek Industrial planned development in Mesquite, Dallas County, Texas. The proposed building is 202,800 square feet. Colovore lists 44.8 MW for the site and the city zoning record cites about 48 MW. The city council denied a zoning amendment in March 2026, though data center use was already permitted in the planned development, and September 2026 reporting says Colovore lists Mesquite as under construction. Diesel generators are planned in the mechanical yard.
