CyrusOne Austin III
Operating
CyrusOne Austin III, also called Austin Met III or AUS3, is the data-center building at 7100 Metropolis Drive in Austin’s Met Center area. Texas filings document a 2022 conversion of existing shell space into Data Hall 4, including associated mechanical and electrical equipment, followed by a separate office-suite remodel. These projects show the building’s incremental development rather than a new campus. CyrusOne markets AUS3 alongside AUS2 for production, backup and synchronous replication; its combined Austin capacity figures are not assigned to this individual building.
