DataBank's PIT2 is the Summit Park Data Center at 35 Summit Park Drive in North Fayette Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. It is a 115,000 square foot, three-story building on a 17-acre campus that the operator says has room for two more data centers. DataBank advertises 5 MW of critical IT load for PIT2, and the campus is served by a West Penn Power substation across the street offering 8 MW. PNC Bank remains an anchor tenant after selling the building to DataBank.
