- Construction
- The 2025 DFW17 brochure describes Digital Dallas as a 69-acre campus and maps separately identified facilities including DFW16, DFW17, DFW18, DFW28, DFW29 and DFW35. In its third-quarter 2017 supplement, Digital Realty described more than 1.2 million square feet completed or actively developing across eight buildings, with six completed. Those 2017 development counts are historical, not a current campus inventory.
- Land transaction
- Digital Realty’s third-quarter 2017 financial supplement states that the campus was acquired in 2009 through a 60/40 joint venture and the remaining ownership interest was acquired in 2011. That is historical ownership evidence, not a statement of every campus building’s current legal ownership.
