Digital Realty Project Bunkhouse Data Center Campus
Under Construction
Project Bunkhouse is a data center campus on Taff Road in Bartow County, Georgia, on about 876 acres rezoned for the purpose in June 2025. Digital Realty is named as the manager and Taurus DC SPE LLC as the rezoning applicant. The county describes the planned computing capacity as approximately 1.3 GW, and an earlier site plan put power needs at up to 1,830 MW with three on-site substations. The county says developments of this kind remain in construction and pre-operational phases.
