Google is the announced sole end user and operator of a data center campus on the White Oak Technology Park property in Appling, Columbia County, Georgia. Trammell Crow Company proposed the park in 2025 and sold the land in December 2025 to Kinetic Infrastructure Solutions, an Alphabet subsidiary. In August 2026 the county development authority approved a memorandum of understanding with an investment commitment of at least $17 billion. Georgia Power is named as the electricity provider, and the filing calls for a new on-site substation, new transmission lines and battery banks. No power capacity in megawatts is documented.
