Green Power 2 is an industrial combined-heat-and-power facility at the Galveston Bay refinery complex in Texas City, Texas. EIA's May 2026 inventory lists five combined-cycle generator records totaling 861 MW nameplate, 624 MW net summer, and 645 MW net winter capability. Four records are operating; ST805 is out of service and not expected to return within the next calendar year. Excluding ST805, the four operating records total 611 MW nameplate, 549 MW net summer, and 570 MW net winter capability.
