Jack A. Fusco Energy Center is a three-generator natural-gas combined-cycle facility in Fort Bend County, Texas. EIA's May 2026 inventory reports 675.6 MW nameplate, 602 MW net summer, and 604 MW net winter capability across two 200 MW combustion-turbine records and one 275.6 MW steam-turbine record, all dated May 2003. Brazos Valley Energy LP is the registered operator. In 2026, the U.S. Department of Justice required divestiture of the plant as a condition of Constellation's proposed Calpine acquisition; the DOJ announcement did not identify the buyer.
