Jack Fusco Energy Center, being renamed Brazos Valley Energy Center, is a 606 MW natural gas combined-cycle plant in Fort Bend County southwest of Houston, with two combustion turbines and duct-fired heat recovery steam generators feeding one steam turbine. To meet a Justice Department divestiture requirement, Constellation agreed on 6 August 2026 to sell the plant to LS Power for $860 million, with closing expected in Q4 2026. In ERCOT it trades as unit BVE_CC1.
