Las Vegas Data Center (LAS1)
Operating · DataBank · 7185 Pollock Drive, Las Vegas, NV
DataBank’s LAS1 operates at 7185 Pollock Drive in Las Vegas as a colocation and interconnection facility. Its current page reports 3.35 MW of critical IT load and 57,364 IT square feet, with 2N power design and an N+1 cooling design. DataBank’s April 2024 acquisition announcement gave a different 3.55 MW figure; both are retained with their source dates rather than treated as utility-service capacity. NV Energy participates in the Western Energy Imbalance Market; that does not make LAS1 part of CAISO. NV Energy has announced planned Extended Day-Ahead Market participation for 2028.

- LAS1 is an operating facility. DataBank announced a 10,000-sq-ft expansion on March 9, 2022, describing a planned increase from 1.4 MW to 3 MW of critical power and nearly 30,000 sq ft of data-center space. A DataBank expansion tracker listed Q2 2022 availability; that is a forecast, not a verified online date. DataBank announced completion of expansions that included Las Vegas on August 18, 2023, but did not give an LAS1-specific completion day. Its April 2024 acquisition release reported 36,800 raised sq ft and 3.55 MW; the later official facility listing reports 57,364 IT sq ft and 3.35 MW. These are the respective published figures, not evidence of a separately announced later expansion.
