Microsoft lists 131.6 acres across six parcels (84.6 developed) and 489,370 sq ft of buildings, plus an on-site power substation, with project timing of 2023–2026. A 2024 EPD application covers twenty 3,000 kW generators and one 500 kW generator for Building 2. Microsoft says its Georgia datacenters will use direct evaporative cooling.
