Microsoft Fairwater is an operating and expanding AI data-center campus in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin, within MISO and the We Energies service territory. Microsoft completed the first facility in June 2026 for large-scale AI training, while an adjacent second facility is under construction for planned completion in 2028 and another area remains in early site work.
