NYDIG Massena Data Center Campus
Operating · NYDIG · 194 County Route 45, Massena, NY
NYDIG operates a digital currency mining data center in the former Alcoa smelter at 194 County Route 45, Massena, on a 1,375-acre site owned by Reynolds Metals Company. Power arrives at 115 kV from the NYPA Reynolds Substation, fed by the Moses-Saunders hydroelectric dam. An April 2026 application to the Massena Planning Board proposes a 635 MW data center campus of three buildings (160, 160 and 128 MW), a new 435 MW substation, and decommissioning of the existing mining facility.
