Pecan Solar is an approximately 75 megawatt solar facility on about 1,050 acres in Northampton County, North Carolina. Dominion Energy acquired the project in 2018, and it became operational in December 2018. The site is listed with roughly 929,100 modules, and its output is sold under a long-term renewable energy contract with Facebook. Dominion includes it among the solar projects it is involved with in North Carolina.
