PowerHouse Grand Prairie Data Center Campus
Proposed
PowerHouse Grand Prairie is a planned hyperscale data center campus on about 810 acres in northern Ellis County, Texas, addressed as 881 Miller Road. PowerHouse Data Centers and Provident Data Centers are co-developing it with a 1.8 GW switchyard planned on site. The developers report a first 500 MW tranche approved through ERCOT, and a state registration covers a first 224,152 square foot building scheduled to start April 1, 2026. Reported delivery dates range from Q4 2026 to Q1 2027, and no tenant is assigned.
