PowerHouse Irving is a campus of up to three two-story data center buildings on a 50-acre site at 111 Customer Way in Irving, Texas, and it is under construction. The first building topped out in March 2026, and the developer says deliveries are scheduled to begin in January 2027. The developer describes the campus as designed for up to 201 MW of utility power, after an original announcement of 200 MW and 67 MW per building. A state registration for one building lists a 65 MW total load. The site is adjacent to a substation serviced by Oncor.
