QTS Irving 1 is a 56-acre data-center campus along Longhorn Drive. QTS's master plan identifies six facilities and advertises more than 165 MW of critical campus capacity. That campus-wide marketing figure does not establish measured demand or completed capacity in each building. DC1 and DC2 share the 6431 Longhorn Drive address; the other planned facilities have separate Longhorn addresses. A redundant campus conduit system provides fiber routes to individual buildings and between future buildings, supporting expansion within the same campus.
