Raeden Jacinto City Inference Data Center

The Raeden Jacinto City Inference Data Center is a proposed redevelopment of a former glass bottling plant at 4202 Fidelity Street on a 30-acre site in the Houston area. Raeden has described a 50 MW inference data center and hoped to begin work in October 2026. As of mid-September 2026 the city had received no formal proposal or building plans and was finalizing a Specific Use Permit process. The site is marketed with an on-site substation fed by two 138 kV lines, and the end user has not been named.
