Rowan Project Stampede Data Center Campus

Rowan Project Stampede is the second phase of Rowan Digital Infrastructure's data center development in east Temple, Texas: two buildings on about 270 acres in Synergy Park. Rowan states in an October 2026 filing that the project is under construction. It has an ERCOT large-load interconnection request through Oncor, tracked as Batch Zero BZ-117, and Rowan has filed a complaint with the Public Utility Commission of Texas over its queue treatment. Capacity is reported at 300 MW, a figure whose basis is not stated.
