Rowan Project Temple Data Center Campus
Under Construction
Rowan Digital Infrastructure announced in January 2026 that construction was underway at its 300 MW Project Temple data center site in Temple, Bell County, Texas. The campus will serve an unnamed technology company, and Rowan expects operations in 2027 with power secured through Oncor. The city's utility agreement covers about 871 acres and describes two buildings under construction plus a third. The source does not say whether 300 MW is IT load or total demand.
